How it works:
• BIOTIN (B7 or H) – a water-soluble B-group vitamin, also known as the “beauty vitamin.” It positively affects the condition of the skin, hair and nails. In the human body, biotin plays an important role in maintaining normal blood sugar levels. It helps keep hair, skin and nails in good condition, supports the reduction of fine wrinkles, flaking, irritation and dry facial skin, seborrhea of the scalp, premature graying, hair loss and brittleness. Helps prevent nail brittleness, splitting, impaired growth and structural damage.
• Cysteine – a sulfur-containing amino acid that improves keratin synthesis — the protein found in skin, hair and nails. It also supports digestion, helps neutralize certain toxic substances, and protects the body from the harmful effects of radiation.
• Magnesium – a high-quality ingredient that works synergistically with vitamins C and A. Helps increase energy levels and improve mood. Supports bone growth, normalizes heart rhythm, helps lower blood pressure, relieves muscle cramps and reduces joint pain.
